Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
When we accept returns or exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under strict conditions. We only accept returns if an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos and your order number via WhatsApp for review. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:
- •You purchased a different size because your correct size was sold out
- •You did not use the size guide to find your size
- •You did not review the product description, measurements, or model height reference before purchasing
- •You fail to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
